Burke is the best! Our Amana PTAC heat pump unit was not cooling so we scheduled an appointment with Burke Services at the recommendation of our property manager. Larry methodically trouble shot the system until he isolated the problem to a defective pressure switch with the compressor. He was able to get the system up and running the same day. I am very impressed with their technical knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend.

Reliable and extremely helpful! I've been told maintenance is key to avoiding problems. I am committed to doing spring and fall check ups to ensure my unit doesn't fail. I called and even though it wasn't urgent Larry made sure to come by within a day or two. Checked outside unit and vents and all is well. Looked over unit and advised a part may need replacing in next visit. Burke has always come thru when I needed them, and have been fast and efficient in their work while making sure I understood what caused issue and how to avoid from happening again. They have done all work on my HVAC for few years and I will continue to call on them for future needs.

I’ve used Burke services for several years now and they always have been reliable and trustworthy. So far I’ve replaced the upstairs heat pump , added a ductless unit to our family room, and had the downstairs heat pump repaired. Burke services was the only company that very quickly diagnosed one of my units as needing a minor repair rather than a full replacement. Three years later the repaired unit is still running great.

After calling several other companies, Burke HVAC answered my call on a Sunday night. They arrived at my home earlier than expected the next day. They quickly diagnosed the issue, gave clear expectations for the repair, and maintained communication with me throughout the process. I was surprised that they went out of thier way to check the warranty on the broken part and saved us hundreds of dollars! I'd recommend them to anyone! A job well done.
